Homemade Beef Jerky

And hey! How ARE you? I hope you aren’t feeling neglected. I’m not sure what I’m doing with my time, but there seems to be very little of it these days. Sorry, Gaby, but even on the pretty plate, the stuff still looks pretty nasty. I trust that it’s delish, though.

funny-i just made some on Monday. Your Chipolte recipe sounds better than mine…must say mine lacks the sweet smokiness I enjoy, but savory none-the-less. Not my best batch, but Suz and the kids like it. I’ll try your recipe next. peace.
